Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

  1. Price quoted including applicable government taxes.
  2. All services payable to Wellkinetics Sdn. Bhd. (Maybank account: 568603030165)
  3. All payment should be paid in accordance with the attached terms and conditions.
  4. Payment Terms: 

For Normal Registration (Self-paying participants):

  • Participants are required to make payments directly to Wellkinetics Sdn Bhd.
  • Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 weeks before the training start date.

For participants claiming under HRDCorp Claimable Course:

  • The employer must submit the grant application via HRDCorp’s e-TRiS system.
  • Once the grant is approved (typically within 24 hours), the employer must provide proof of approval (Grant Notification Letter) to Wellkinetics Sdn Bhd at solutions@wellkinetics.com.my
  • The non-claimable balance will be invoiced to participant and must be settled directly by the participant or employer to Wellkinetics Sdn Bhd 2 weeks before the training date.
  • In the event of non-approval, rejection or late application of the HRDCorp grant application, the Normal Registration terms shall apply.

Payment Policy

  1. Registration confirmation: 

For Normal Registration (Self-paying participants):

  • Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit.
  • The balance payment must be fully settled at least 2 weeks before the commencement of the course.
  • Failure to comply will result in denial of entry. Early settlement of fees is strongly encouraged to secure participation.

For participants claiming under HRDCorp Claimable Course:

  • Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of HRDCorp proof of approval (Grant Notification Letter) before the commencement of the course.
  • Upon receipt of HRDCorp Grant Notification Letter, Wellkinetics Sdn Bhd will issue an invoice for the balance fee to the participant. The balance payment must be fully settled at least 2 weeks before the commencement of the course.
  • Failure to comply will result in denial of entry. Early settlement of fees is strongly encouraged to secure participation.
  • The balance fee (approved portion) will be paid by HRDCorp directly to Wellkinetics Sdn Bhd after course completion.
  • The non-claimable portion must be settled in advance by the participant or employer to avoid disruption to course access.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or cancellations made within 7 days prior to the training date.
  2. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the training date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total training fees.
  3. Wellkinetics reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify the training program if necessary.
  4. The deposit is strictly non-refundable in the event of participant cancellation received more than 7 days prior to the training date.; however, in the unlikely circumstance that Wellkinetics cancels the training, a full refund will be provided.
  5. Substitutions of participants will be welcomed up to 7 days before the start of the course.
